Filmed at the Flamingo in 1963 (released 1964) – Racer Lucky Jackson needs money to drive his car in the Las Vegas Grand Prix and gets a job as a waiter at the Flamingo. His love interest is pool manager Rusty Martin, the multi-talented Ann-Margret, who also became a big star on the Las Vegas Strip. The movie is a great Las Vegas period piece. The prolific director, George Sidney, resided in Las Vegas until his death in 2002.
